近年来,生物膜在生命活动中的重要性引起了人們很大的注意。电离輻射对細胞的損伤,进而引起其死亡,主要原因之一可能是由于細胞表面和細胞內膜結构受到破坏。线粒体是一种重要的有膜細胞器。在前文中我們曾以綫粒体膨胀类型的变化作为指标,对小鼠經700仑X射线照射后肝綫粒体膜結构的損伤进行过測定。本文观察X射綫离体照射后的大鼠肝线粒体膨胀和收縮特性的变化。实驗动物、线粒体的制备以及照射条件等都与另一文相同。綫粒体的膨胀和收縮实驗主要系按照Lehninger等方法进行。测定时加入相当于
In recent years, the importance of biomembranes in the life activities has drawn great attention. One of the main reasons that ionizing radiation damages cells and causes their death may be that the cell surface and the structure of the cell membrane are damaged. Mitochondria are important membrane organelles. In the previous section, we used the change of mitochondrial expansion type as an indicator to measure the damage of hepatic mitochondrial membrane structure after 700-nm X-ray irradiation in mice. In this paper, we observed the changes of the mitochondrial expansion and contraction of rat liver after X-ray irradiation. Experimental animals, mitochondria preparation and irradiation conditions are the same as the other.
