分别介绍了渗碳、淬火和回火热处理工艺模拟的数学模型,并在此基础上通过碳浓度、温度、组织和应力应变结果等的传递,以及对后续热处理模拟参数的必要修正,结合有限元原理实现了对渗碳-淬火-回火全工艺流程的数值模拟,为这种连续热处理工艺的设计与分析提供了新方法。
The mathematic models of the carburizing, quenching and tempering heat treatment processes are respectively introduced. On the basis of this, the carbon concentration, temperature, the transmission of the structure and stress and strain, and the necessary amendments to the simulation parameters of the subsequent heat treatment are introduced. The principle of the carburizing - quenching - tempering the whole process of numerical simulation, for this continuous heat treatment process design and analysis provides a new method.
