为提高杨梅嫁接成活率和接穗利用率,2014年开展了不同接穗长度、不同栽种时间对杨梅嫁接成活率和生长量影响的研究。结果表明:嫁接后6天、12天栽种的杨梅,5~6 cm短穗嫁接的成活率分别达87%和88%,略低于8~12 cm长穗嫁接的89%和90%,二者差异极不显著;嫁接后6天、12天栽种的杨梅成活率达87%~90%,极显著高于嫁接后1天栽种的成活率(20.2%~21%)。研究认为,在嫁接后遇下雨天气,根据天气情况,在接后6~12天内选择晴天栽种,可显著提高成活率;在接穗紧缺时采用短穗嫁接,可大大提高接穗利用率。
In order to improve the grafting survival rate and scion utilization rate of Myrica rubra in 2014, the effects of different scion length and planting time on the graft survival rate and growth rate of Myrica rubra were studied. The results showed that the survival rates of Myrica rubra planted on the 6th day and the 12th day after grafting were 87% and 88%, respectively, which were 89% and 90% lower than those of 8-12 cm long ear spikes, respectively The difference was not significant. The survival rate of Myrica rubra at 12 days after grafting reached 87% -90%, which was significantly higher than that at 1 day after grafting (20.2% -21%). According to the research, rain grazing was encountered after grafting. According to the weather, selecting sunny days within 6-12 days after the grafting could significantly improve the survival rate. Short scions grafting could greatly improve the utilization rate of scion.
