反应性氮代谢物(RNM)是机体代谢过程中,由细胞内存在的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)催化产生的一系列高活性氮中间体,具有比反应性氧代谢物(ROM)更强的氧化与硝化活性,通过多条途径参与多种疾病的发生发展。有证据表明,RNM可能不仅参与白血病的发生发展,在白血病的治疗中也发挥不同效应,本文就RNM在白血病中的作用予以综述。
