现如今城市生活的快节奏、高压力让生活在城市的人很难寻找到宁静和放松的机会与场所。而餐饮业的发展与提升是以社会文明进步和人们生活水平不断提升为契机,人们渴求在高压力的工作之余,享受身心的无限放松。那么餐饮空间的主要设计目的也就是为顾客提供一个可以在此聊天、交流、轻松而闲暇的就餐环境,以此寻找设计根源——禅意理念。本文通过对餐饮空间设计的现状分析及禅意理念的来源本质的分析与导向,对禅意理念在餐饮空间中应用的设计思想、设计特点及设计方法的有效研究与应用。
Nowadays, the fast-paced and high-pressure urban life makes it hard for people living in cities to find opportunities and places for peace and relaxation. The development and improvement of the catering industry is based on the progress of social civilization and people’s living standards as an opportunity, people are anxious to enjoy the unlimited relaxation of body and mind during the high-pressure work. Then the main purpose of the design of dining space is to provide customers with a chat environment in which to chat, relax and relax in order to find the design roots - concept Zen. Based on the analysis of the current situation of catering space design and the essence of the origin of Zen philosophy, this paper effectively studies and applies the design idea, design features and design methods of Zen Idea in catering space.
