自改革开放以来,我国股市的发展有目共睹,但目前存在的问题也不容忽视,例如上市公司的不规范运作,过度投机,不正当竞争等。都使投资者的利益得不到有效保障,这从一个侧面反映了中国股市监管体系的不健全和不成熟。因此,我国股市必须借鉴国外成熟股市得管理模式,并且通过严刑峻法,来建立和健全既符合市场经济原则和国际范例,又合乎我国国情的股市监管体系,这一体系的建立对于我国股市的健康发展,有着重大的意义。
Since the reform and opening up, the development of China’s stock market is obvious to all. However, the existing problems should not be overlooked. For example, the listed companies have irregular operation, excessive speculation and unfair competition. All these fail to effectively protect the interests of investors. This shows the imperfection and immaturity of China’s stock market supervision system from one aspect. Therefore, the stock market in our country must draw lessons from the management model of mature foreign stock markets, and adopt the severe punishment law to establish and perfect the stock market supervision system that is in line with the market economic principles and international paradigms as well as China’s national conditions. The establishment of this system is of great importance to the stock market in our country Healthy development has great significance.
