国家农业综合开发水土保持项目盐池县柳杨堡项目区涉及花马池镇柳杨堡、冒寨子、李华台、李记沟、东塘、红沟梁6个行政村共28个村民小组,2008年～2011年的3年间,该项目累计完成综合治理措施面积113.88平方公里,新增水土流失治理程度由27%提高到70.1%,林草覆盖率由治理前的20.6%提高到现在的54.25%,区域生态环境明显改善。项目区年人均占有粮食达到560公斤,年人均纯收入达2305元,分别比治理前提高18.6%和35%。基于此,作者就项目建设的成效与经验作了简单介绍,旨在为今后的相似项目提供参考。
National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Soil and Water Conservation Project Yanli County Yanliu Project Area Involves 28 villagers groups in 6 administrative villages including Huamachi Town Liuyangpu, Shizhaizi, Lihuatai, Lijigou, Dongtang and Hongguliang, 2008 In the three years from 2011 to 2011, the project has completed a total area of 113.88 square kilometers and the degree of new soil and water loss control has been raised from 27% to 70.1%. The coverage rate of forest and grassland has increased from 20.6% before treatment to 54.25% now, Regional ecological environment improved significantly. In the project area, the average grain per capita reached 560 kg, and the per capita net income reached 2305 yuan, up 18.6% and 35% respectively over the pre-treatment. Based on this, the author gives a brief introduction of the project’s achievements and experiences in order to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
