我们对32例尖锐湿疣采用捆扎法治疗后,用氟尿嘧啶注谢液(5-Fu)外擦患处,疗效满意。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料.本组32例中女性24例,男性8例;未婚6例,合并妊娠3例。20例自述有冶游史(62.5％)。发病年龄在17～45岁,以19～30岁最多共25例,占78.13％。有5例同时合并淋病。发病至就诊时间最短4天,最长20天。1.2 病变部位.病变在大小阴唇10例,阴茎6例,阴蒂4例,肛门2例,龟头2例,会阴1例,会阴、肛门、阴道、宫颈同时存在的3例。1.3 性状.表面白色呈树枝样改变的19例,表面钝性增生如鸡肫状而无色泽改变的8例,破溃感染的5例。32例中有23例疣体根部有蒂,9例疣体基底增
