一、调查目的和内容改革开放以来,随着农村经济的发展和广大农民生活水平的提高,群众对医疗卫生的需求不断增长。了解农村妇女儿童中疾病就诊及费用的负担,有利于做好卫生保健工作。为此,我们对村卫生室乡村医生诊疗活动进行跟踪调查,同时调查了村卫生室就诊病人的情况,着重对15～49岁育龄妇女及7岁以下儿童在卫生室门诊就诊情况进行了分析。
I. Purpose and content of the survey Since the reform and opening up, along with the development of the rural economy and the improvement of the living standards of the majority of farmers, the public’s demand for medical and health care has continued to grow. Understanding the burden of disease visits and expenses among rural women and children is conducive to good health care. To this end, we conducted follow-up surveys on rural doctors’ medical treatment activities in village clinics, investigated the situation of patients in village clinics, and focused on the analysis of 15 to 49-year-old women of childbearing age and children under the age of 7 in out-patient clinic visits.
