改革开放以来，各级档案馆编研工作得到了长足发展，为当地领导决策、服务经济建设发挥了重要作用。但随着十四大召开和社会经济的发展，档案馆编研工作出现了诸多问题，突出表现为“四多四少”：一是一般成品、半成品多，精品少，表现为多是传统的大事记、组织沿革、会议简介 Since the reform and opening up, the work of compiling and researching archives at all levels has made great strides and played an important role in making decisions and serving the local economy by leading local people. However, with the convening of the 14th National Congress and the socio-economic development, many problems arose in the compilation and research work of the archives, highlighting “more than four, less than four”: first, the general finished products, semi-finished products, and less refined products were mostly traditional Memorabilia, Organizational Evolution, Conference Introduction
