湖南省电子研究所与衡阳市化工三厂通力合作,共同应用微型计算机控制甲醛生产过程,在很短的时间内,取得明显成效,使甲醛单耗接近世界先进水平。最近,由湖南省石化厅与衡阳市科委共同主持召开了鉴定会,并通过了技术鉴定。微型计算机用于甲醛生产过程的实时控制在国内是首次。该系统采用80年代最先进的微处理器的数字式智能仪表,在年产14000吨甲醛装置上,对生产过程的压力、温度、流量分别进行自动调节控制。从而,稳定了生产过程,节约了原料,降低了成本。
