“返贫”指新教师入职后出现的难以适应职业发展需要的专业素养匮乏的现象。针对农村小学青年教师发展历程中“返贫”现象,有关教育管理部门可以采取以下策略来预防、延缓直至消除“返贫”现象:追求实效性,精心打造青年教师培训的终极目标;保持内隐性,行政调控青年教师的民间话语表达;凸显文化性,引导青年教师参与并建构学习型组织;鼓励开拓性,让青年教师拥有教育“试验田”。
“Back to poverty ” refers to the lack of professionalism that new teachers find difficult to adapt to the needs of career development. In response to the phenomenon of “returning to poverty” in the development of young teachers in primary schools in rural areas, relevant educational administrations may adopt the following strategies to prevent, delay and eliminate the phenomenon of “returning to poverty”: the pursuit of practical results and the elaboration of the ultimate goal of youth teacher training; Implicit and administrative regulation of young teachers’ expression of folk discourse; highlighting the cultural nature, guiding young teachers to participate in and constructing learning-based organizations; encouraging pioneering efforts and enabling young teachers to have educational “experimental fields”.
