锌对铅、汞引起溶血的保护作用

用放射性~(65)Zn示踪法,显示在离体条件下Pb~(2+)和Hg~(2+)能阻止~(65)Zn渗入红细胞中。Pb~(2+)或Hg~(2+)在1-20μmol/ml时使人的红细胞产生溶血,Zn~(2+)10μmol/ml对溶血有明显保护作用。扫描电镜发现,人的红细胞与Pb~(2+)或Hg~(2+)共育后,其中许多红细胞失去了双凹圆盘形结构,产生棘状、异形和环状细胞;加Zn~(2+)后这些变形的红细胞明显减少,说明Zn~(2+)对铅、汞引起的溶血有一定的保护作用。 Radioactive ~ (65) Zn tracing method showed that Pb2 + and Hg2 + could prevent ~ (65) Zn from penetrating into erythrocytes under ex vivo conditions. Pb 2+ or Hg 2+ produced hemolysis of human erythrocytes at 1-20 μmol / ml, and Zn 2+ (10 μmol / ml) significantly protected hemolysis. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that many of the erythrocytes lost their biconcave disk structure and produced spinous, alien and ring cells after co-incubation of human red blood cells with Pb 2+ or Hg 2+; (2 +) after the deformation of red blood cells decreased significantly, indicating that Zn ~ (2 +) on lead, mercury-induced hemolysis have a protective effect.
