目的 观察FIGF I、IGFBP 1与糖尿病酮症之间的关系。方法 测定了 6 0名 1型糖尿病患者 (新发病未治疗尿酮阳性及阴性者各 15例 ,胰岛素治疗 3个月至 1年尿酮阳性及阴性者各 15例 )和 15名健康对照者空腹血清FIGF Ⅰ、IGFBP 1、游离胰岛素 (Ins)、血糖、HbA1c、尿酮体。结果 ① 1型糖尿病患者血清FIGF I低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,IGFBP 1高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。血清FIGF Ⅰ与IGFBP 1显著负相关 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,与Ins水平正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;IGFBP 1与Ins负相关 (P <0 .0 0 1)。②糖尿病酮症患者血清FIGF Ⅰ低于非酮症组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 1型糖尿病患者血清FIGF Ⅰ低于对照组 ,IGFBP 1高于对照组 ,酮症时尤为明显 ;降低的FIGF Ⅰ可能参与患者体内酮体的生成
Objective To investigate the relationship between FIGF I, IGFBP 1 and diabetic ketosis. Methods Fasting serum of 60 patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (15 newly diagnosed untreated urine ketones and 15 negative urine testosterone, 15 urine testosterone positive and negative for 3 months to 1 year respectively) and 15 healthy controls were tested. FIGF Ⅰ, IGFBP 1, Ins, Glucose, HbA1c, Urine Ketone. Results ①The serum level of FIGF I in patients with type 1 diabetes was lower than that in control group (P <0.01), and IGFBP 1 was higher than that in control group (P0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between FIGF Ⅰ and IGFBP 1 (P <0.01), positive correlation with Ins (P <0.05), IGFBP 1 and Ins (P <0.01). ②The serum levels of FIGF Ⅰ in patients with diabetic ketosis were lower than those in non-ketosis patients (P <0.01). Conclusion The serum level of FIGF Ⅰ in patients with type 1 diabetes is lower than that of the control group, IGFBP 1 is higher than that of the control group, especially in ketosis. Decreased FIGF Ⅰ may be involved in the production of ketone bodies in patients
