随着新一轮医疗保障制度改革不断深入,新的政策不断推出,为实现“全民医保”这一主要目的,大学生作为一个重要群体被吸收纳入医保范围。然而此项政策在推出过程中,遭遇“遇冷”现象,本文通过调查当代大学生投保现状,对其投保率底等问题进行分析和思考,从而为进一步推进新医改政策提供建设性意见。 With the deepening reform of the new round of medical insurance system and the introduction of new policies, the college students as an important group are absorbed into the scope of medical insurance in order to achieve the main purpose of “universal health insurance.” However, during the launch of this policy, it encounters the phenomenon of “encountering cold”. This article analyzes and thinks about the current situation of undergraduate insurance coverage and the rate of its underwriting insurance, so as to provide constructive suggestions for further promoting the new policy of medical reform.
