自进入21世纪以来,我国社会市场经济逐渐向着知识化、信息化以及全球化方向发展,而这也使企业人力资源的主体作用更加突出,加强人力资源管理实质上就是保证了企业的高效快速发展。因此,我们应该正视人力资源管理在企业生产经营中的重要地位以及积极作用,提出有效措施来解决人力资源管理中的各种问题,进而维护企业的健康稳定发展。
Since entering the 21st century, China’s social market economy gradually toward the knowledgeable, informatization and globalization direction, and this also makes the main role of human resources enterprises more prominent, strengthening human resources management is essentially to ensure the efficient and rapid development of enterprises . Therefore, we should face up to the important position and active role of human resource management in the production and operation of enterprises, put forward effective measures to solve various problems in human resources management and then safeguard the healthy and stable development of enterprises.
