目的:调查了解急进高原驻训官兵的心身健康水平。方法:采用常规方法、自评焦虑量表(SAS)及自评抑郁量表(SDS)等对急进高原驻训官兵51例的血氧饱和度、心率、血压水平的变化,以及焦虑、抑郁情绪进行测评。结果:驻训官兵在海拔4400m时的心率、收缩压、舒张压水平显著高于海拔480m时的水平;SO2水平显著低于海拔480m时的水平(P<0.05)。不同海拔高度驻训官兵焦虑及抑郁评分差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:急进高原驻训官兵进入驻训区时低氧状况明显,应警惕急性高原病的发生;驻训前进行心理干预可降低官兵心理应激反应程度。
Objective: To investigate the mental and physical health of officers and soldiers stationed in the plateau. Methods: The changes of blood oxygen saturation, heart rate and blood pressure in 51 cases of officers and soldiers of soldiers who were stationed in the steep plateau were evaluated by the conventional method, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) For evaluation. Results: The heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of officers and soldiers stationed at training station at the elevation of 4400m were significantly higher than those of the altitude of 480m. The SO2 level was significantly lower than that at the altitude of 480m (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores among officers and soldiers stationed at different altitudes (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The officers and soldiers entering the training zone rapidly enter the training zone and have obvious hypoxia. They should be alert to the occurrence of acute high altitude sickness. Psychological intervention before the training may reduce the psychological stress reaction among the officers and men.
