本文从水库、分蓄洪区及河道调蓄洪的基本原理出发,针对由混联库群和多分蓄洪区组成的复杂防洪系统,研究和建立了一个防洪系统联合运行的大规模线性规划(LP)模型.模型考虑了系统正常行洪与扒口分洪的复杂洪水演进情况,提出了判断扒口分洪界点及其相应的分阶段解算的处理方法,从而形成适用于这一复杂情况的广义化模型.根据模型的超稀疏性等特点,引进多种先进而复杂的数值技术,研制了通用有效的大型计算软件包.实例验算取得了较为满意的成果.
In this paper, based on the basic principles of flood regulation and storage in reservoirs, flood diversion areas and river channels, a large-scale linear programming (LP) model with joint operation of flood control system is studied and established for the complex flood control system composed of hybrid reservoir group and multi- . The model takes into account the evolution of complex floods during normal flood discharge and pick-up and flood diversion, and proposes a method of judging the cut-off point and its corresponding step-by-step solution, thus forming a generalized model suitable for this complex situation. According to the super sparsity of the model and so on, a variety of advanced and complex numerical techniques have been introduced to develop a general and effective large-scale calculation software package. The result of the example verification has been quite satisfactory.
