一次冷轧法生产高牌号硅钢组织织构演变行为分析

研究了一次冷轧法生产高牌号硅钢组织织构的演变情况。结果表明,常化处理后钢板断面组织发生充分再结晶及晶粒长大,经冷轧退火后金相组织为典型高牌号大晶粒组织形态。热轧板表面与心部织构的差异及其在后续冷轧过程的演变表明,取向变化规律先在{001}<110>附近聚集,再转向{112}<110>附近,随后逐渐向{111}聚集;退火后成品板织构中{111}//轧面织构较常化板、冷轧板明显减少。 The evolution of the texture of high grade silicon steel produced by a cold rolling process was studied. The results show that the recrystallization and grain growth of the cross-section of the steel plate after the normalization treatment are complete, and the microstructure of the steel plate after the cold rolling is a typical high-grade and large-grain structure. The difference between the surface of the hot rolled plate and the texture of the heart and its evolution in the subsequent cold rolling process show that the orientation change first aggregates near {001} <110> and then changes to the vicinity of {112} <110> 111} aggregates; the {111} // rolling texture of the finished plate after annealing was significantly weaker than that of the normalized plate and cold-rolled plate.
