通过5根钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯疲劳试验,研究玄武岩纤维布、玄武岩/碳混杂纤维布、玻璃/碳混杂纤维布加固梁的变幅疲劳寿命,并根据Miner损伤理论、修正Miner损伤理论和Corten-Dolan损伤理论,对承受变幅疲劳载荷作用的FRP加固钢筋混凝土梁进行了疲劳寿命估算。结果表明,粘贴纤维布对钢筋混凝土梁的抗疲劳性能有极大改善,能显著提高梁的疲劳寿命;3种损伤理论估算出的寿命均偏安全,以修正Miner损伤理论的精度最好。建议在实际工程应用中采用修正Miner损伤理论进行FRP加固钢筋混凝土受弯构件的变幅疲劳寿命估算。
Through the bending fatigue test of five reinforced concrete beams, the luffing fatigue life of reinforced beams of basalt fiber cloth, basalt / carbon hybrid fiber cloth and glass / carbon hybrid fiber cloth was studied. According to Miner damage theory, the theory of Miner damage and Corten -Dolan damage theory, the fatigue life of FRP-strengthened RC beams subjected to luffing fatigue load is estimated. The results show that the anti-fatigue performance of the reinforced concrete beam can be greatly improved by the bonded fiber cloth, which can significantly improve the fatigue life of the beam. The estimated lifetimes of the three kinds of damage theories are both safe and the accuracy of the modified Miner damage theory is the best. It is suggested that the modified Miner damage theory should be used in practical engineering to estimate the luffing fatigue life of reinforced concrete flexural members strengthened with FRP.
