为降低L-苹果酸双效蒸发能耗,将机械压缩式热泵应用于蒸发流程中。Ⅰ效蒸发器二次蒸气经过机械压缩式热泵增压后作为Ⅰ效部分加热热源。分析表明机械压缩式热泵应用于L-苹果酸蒸发流程中可以有效降低蒸发系统的总能耗。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of L-malic acid double-effect evaporation, a mechanical compression heat pump is used in the evaporation process. Ⅰ effect evaporator secondary steam after mechanical compression heat pump pressurized as Ⅰ part of the heating heat source. Analysis shows that the application of mechanical compression heat pump in the L-malic acid evaporation process can effectively reduce the total energy consumption of the evaporation system.
