采用25 个随机引物对中日两国原产完全甜柿种质的RAPD 分析结果表明: (1)供试中国甜柿和日本甜柿是相对独立分化的两个居群, 中国甜柿的遗传多样性更为丰富; (2)在供试中国甜柿中, ‘罗田甜柿’的5 个单株间的遗传组成的差异较小, 但与其它湖北甜柿和湘西甜柿间的差异较大; (3) ‘铜盆柿’与湖北甜柿间的相似指数较高, 说明二者有某种亲缘关系; (4) 湘西甜柿与供试日本甜柿间的亲缘关系较近, 说明其可能来自日本或是与日本甜柿的起源有关。
Twenty-five random primers were used to analyze the RAPD analysis of the pure sweet persimmon germplasm in China and Japan. The results showed that: (1) The Chinese persimmon and Japanese persimmon were two independent populations, (2) Among the Chinese sweet persimmon cultivars, the genetic differences among the five individuals of ’Luotian sweet persimmon’ were small, but the differences between the other persimmon fruits and the other sweet persimmons (3) The similarity index between ’copper pot persimmon’ and Hubei sweet persimmon was higher, which indicated that there was some kind of genetic relationship between them; (4) the genetic relationship between sweet persimmon in Xiangxi and Japanese persimmon was closer, Indicating that it may come from Japan or the origin of Japanese persimmon.
