The microcirculation changes of 62 VC workers were observed and compared with that of the control group. There were 44 males and 18 females in 62 cases, all of which had hepatosplenomegaly or hepatosplenomegaly, or had enhanced echocardiography by B-mode ultrasonography. Twenty-two non-toxic contact history patients were healthy in the control group. The test results in 62 cases, the growth of the tube 袢 57 cases, while the control group without one case; accompanied by papillary venous plexus in 24 cases, more than 2 sweat glands in 14 cases, while the control were 1 case. The differences in the length of PVC tube, the thickening of papillary venous plexus and the increase of sweat duct were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.01). The authors believe that the above changes can be used as a reference indicator of chronic damage of vinyl chloride (nervous system disorders, liver damage).
