利用动物实验对临床上治疗缺血性脑血管病取得满意效果的通脉煎进行研究,观察脑缺血再灌注模型SD大鼠的正中神经诱发电位(SEP)的恢复情况,用TTC染色法观察脑组织梗死面积.利用密度梯度法和组织学方法观察脑皮质水肿情况及观察造模前14天.给两个不同剂量的通脉煎灌胃为预防组对它们的影响.以探讨通脉煎治疗缺血性脑血管病的作用机理。
