在对不同结构的柔性石墨缠绕式垫片进行常温机械性能研究的基础上 ,对机械性能与紧固件要求一致的垫片进行了常温密封性能试验研究。找出了常温密封性能的基本规律 ,提出了较好地表征垫片密封特性的公式 ,并通过对试验数据的回归分析得到了公式中的各系数。试验发现 ,该结构的垫片在预紧比压和 1 .1倍公称压力下的单位时间的标准体积泄漏率 (氮气 )达到 1 0 - 4数量级 ,表明该结构的垫片可用于相应压力级别的管法兰上 ,并且具有较低的泄漏率
Based on the research on the mechanical properties of flexible graphite wound gasket with different structure at room temperature, the gasket with the same mechanical properties and fasteners was tested for its sealing performance at room temperature. The basic law of the sealing performance at room temperature was found out. The formula to characterize the sealing characteristics of gaskets was put forward. The coefficients in the formula were obtained by regression analysis of the test data. It was found that the gasket had a standard volumetric leakage rate (nitrogen) per unit time at preload and 1.1 times nominal pressure on the order of 10-4, indicating that the gasket of this construction can be used at the corresponding pressure level Of the pipe flange, and has a lower leakage rate
