以36Mn2V圆坯水平连铸工艺为研究对象,采用射钉试验、红外测温试验、硫印试验及酸浸低倍试验研究了36Mn2V圆坯的凝固传热过程对铸坯质量的影响。通过研究得出36Mn2V圆坯在拉速v=2.13 m/min,中间包过热度ΔT=52℃钢坯的液芯长度为L=16.8 m,铸坯的中心疏松为1.5级,中心裂纹为1.5级。试验结果表明,所提及的研究方法可以有效地分析连铸坯的凝固传热过程,为高效连铸生产提供理论参考。
Taking 36Mn2V round billet horizontal continuous casting process as the research object, the effects of the solidification heat transfer process of 36Mn2V round billet on the slab quality were studied by using the nailing test, infrared temperature test, sulfur print test and acid leaching test. The results show that the pulling length of 36Mn2V round billet is v = 2.13 m / min, the superheat of tundish is ΔT = 52 ℃, the length of liquid billet is L = 16.8 m, the center of slab is 1.5, the center crack is 1.5 . The test results show that the mentioned research method can effectively analyze the solidification heat transfer process of continuous casting billet and provide a theoretical reference for high-efficiency continuous casting production.
