就高职教育培养目标与教育模式而言上,尽管学界与业界已基本达成“素质本位”的共识,但在如何提升学生素质,尤其是职业素质问题上,高职院校尚存理论和方法上的争议与困惑。职业素质包含职业技能与职业精神。后者作为职业素质的关键,其根源在价值观。高职职业素质教育必须在社会主义核心价值观的指引下方能找准方向。作为国家意识形态的社会主义核心价值观教育也只有融入学生职业素质培育中,才能找到其在高职教育中的落脚点,实现其人本主义的关怀。
In terms of training objectives and modes of higher vocational education, although academia and the industry have basically reached the consensus of “quality standard”, how to improve the quality of students, especially the professional quality, the existing theory of higher vocational colleges And the method of controversy and confusion.
