清分结算系统和客服系统是电子收费系统的重点组成部分,对电子收费的推广和运用起着重要的作用。文章重点介绍了京津冀区域高速公路不停车收费示范工程中天津市电子收费系统的清分结算系统和运营系统建设的基本情况,清分结算系统重点介绍系统功能和构成,两种结算模式(市域内结算、京津冀区域结算)。客服系统介绍客服中心、客户网点、呼叫中心、WEB网站等方面。系统的建设有力的支持和推动力天津市电子收费业务的发展。
The settlement and settlement system and the customer service system are the key components of the electronic toll collection system and play an important role in the popularization and application of electronic toll collection.
