目的 研究 p16抑癌基因在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化 SABC法分别检测 2 3例大肠癌及 2 1例癌瘤手术切除的切缘组织 P16蛋白表达。结果 发现 p16抑癌基因在大肠癌组织中的阳性率为 65 .2 % ,在切缘组织中的阳性率 90 .5 % ,大肠癌组织与切缘组织阳性率之比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 P16蛋白的表达与大肠癌的组织学类型、 Dukes分期、分化程度无关 (均为 P>0 .0 5 )。结论 p16抑癌基因失活是大肠癌发生的危险因素
Objective To study the role of p16 tumor suppressor gene in the development of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of P16 protein in resected marginal tissue of 23 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 21 cases of carcinoma. The results showed that the positive rate of p16 tumor suppressor gene in colorectal cancer was 65.2%, the positive rate in the marginal tissue was 90.5%, the ratio of the positive rate of colorectal cancer tissue to the marginal tissue was significantly different (P <0 .0 5). P16 protein expression and colorectal cancer histological type, Dukes stage, the degree of differentiation has nothing to do (both P> 0.05). Conclusion The inactivation of p16 tumor suppressor gene is a risk factor for colorectal cancer
