投资与合作 亚洲将是壳牌化工公司 今后5年的投资重点 壳牌化工公司决定将投资重点转向亚洲。过去10年该公司在亚洲的投资只占其总预算的10％～20％,而今后5年它将把其平均每年约8亿美元的全球资本支出的一半以上投资于亚洲,并把中国和新加坡作为重中之重,原因是这一地区的石化产品需求增长迅猛,原料成本低廉,市场的开放步伐不断加快。除此之外,壳牌在该地区还有机会将化工和炼制整合为一体。预计今后10年,亚洲销售额占该公司全球总销售额的比例从目前的25％增加到35%。
Investment and Cooperation Asia will be Shell Chemical’s key investment focus for the next five years Shell Chemical Company decided to shift its investment focus to Asia. In the past 10 years, the company’s investment in Asia accounted for only 10% to 20% of its total budget. In the next 5 years, it will invest more than half of its global capital expenditures of about 800 million U.S. dollars per year on average, Singapore is the top priority because of the rapid growth in demand for petrochemical products in the region, the low cost of raw materials and the accelerating pace of market liberalization. In addition, Shell has the opportunity to integrate chemical and refining operations in the region. It is estimated that in the next 10 years, the proportion of Asia’s sales in the company’s total global sales will increase from the current 25% to 35%.
