用分项系数法来研究拱坝坝肩(拱座)稳定性,其关键问题之一是如何确定地基岩体的抗剪断强度参数的标准值,目前常见的四种取值方法的物理意义及数值差异都较大。从不同强度参数取值方法的保证率及变异系数的角度分析了四种常见方法的优劣及实用性,并结合锦屏一级水电站与溪洛渡水电站两个巨型工程拱座岩体强度参数的工程实例,论证了以参数的小值平均值作为脆性岩体抗剪断强度标准值的合理性。建议在《混凝土拱坝设计规范》修编时,将脆性岩体的抗剪断强度参数的小值平均值作为其标准值,并以此确定拱座稳定分析的材料分项系数与控制指标。
Using sub-coefficient method to study the stability of arch dam abutments, one of the key issues is how to determine the standard values of shear strength parameters of ground rock mass, the physical meanings of the four commonly used methods and Numerical differences are larger. The strengths and weaknesses of the four common methods are analyzed from the perspectives of the guaranteed rate and coefficient of variation of different intensity parameters, and combined with the engineering parameters of rock mass strength of two giant engineering abutments of Jinping First Hydropower Station and Xiluodu Hydropower Station The result shows that the average of the small values of the parameters is reasonable as the standard value of the shear strength of brittle rock mass. It is suggested that the average value of the small value of the shear strength of brittle rock mass should be taken as the standard value in the revision of “Design Code of Concrete Arch Dam”, and then the material sub-coefficient and control index of the stability analysis of the arch base should be determined.
