引言若干大中型水轮机在过渡过程中遭到不同程度的破坏,使水轮机过渡过程研究受到了应有的重视。随着单机容量的增大,动态过渡过程研究就越显得重要。水轮机过渡过程研究中,要建立确切和实用的数学模型还很困难,因而动态模拟试验是研究水轮机动态过程重要而有力的手段。实现微型机控制,使动态模拟试验变得更为方便和有效。一、模型试验装置动态模拟试验台包括上下游自由水面,模型水轮机,水轮机负载以及控制和测量系统。模拟试验系统组成如图1所示。
INTRODUCTION Several large and medium-sized turbines have been damaged to varying degrees in the process of transition, so that the study on the process of turbine transition has received due attention. With the increase of stand-alone capacity, the study of dynamic transition process becomes more and more important. It is still very difficult to establish an exact and practical mathematical model in the research of turbine’s transient process. Therefore, dynamic simulation test is an important and powerful method to study the dynamic process of turbine. Microcomputer control is realized, making the dynamic simulation test more convenient and effective. First, the model test device Dynamic simulation test bench, including upstream and downstream free surface, model turbine, turbine load and control and measurement system. Simulation test system is shown in Figure 1.
