胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术是治疗早期肺周围型肺癌的首选术式,在临床上已经得到公认和广泛应用。右肺上叶切除后常规松解下肺韧带,以促进术后余肺尽快膨胀,填充残留的空腔,预防术后胸腔内积液、气胸、感染等~([1])。但胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术是否需要松解下肺韧带尚无定论。本研究比较了胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术松解下肺韧带及不松解下肺韧带的余肺代偿性膨胀情况,现报告如下。
Thoracoscopic right upper lobe resection is the preferred surgical treatment of early lung-type lung cancer, clinically recognized and widely used. After the removal of the upper lobe of the right lung, the ligaments of the lungs are loosened routinely to promote postoperative expansion of the residual lung as soon as possible and to fill residual cavities to prevent postoperative pleural effusions, pneumothorax, infections, etc. (1). However, whether thoracoscopic right lobe resection requires loosening of the pulmonary ligament is inconclusive. This study compared the thoracoscopic lobar upper lobe resection under the loosening of the lung ligament and loosen the compensatory expansion of the lung ligament, the report is as follows.
