血红蛋白Bart’s胎儿水肿综合征(HbBart’s hydrops fetalis)是α地中海贫血1(αthal_1)的纯合子。主要见于胎儿。1960年在印度尼西亚华侨的胎儿中发现本病,以后在北美和东南亚地区陆续报告和分析了较多的病例,这些病例中绝大多数见于华侨的胎儿。我国尚未见有本病的报道。我院1978年起发现本病共五例,特报道如下: 例一姓黄,母妊娠32周,系妊娠中毒症引产之男婴,体重1200克,胎盘重1150克,腹部膨隆,四肢轻度浮肿(图1)。检查脐带血见红细胞肿大 Hemoglobin Bart’s Hydrops fetalis is a homozygote of α thal 1.
