本文阐述了电气化工程局开展标准规范宣贯及小型科研工作的经验和体会,曾在1990年12月全路工程建设标准规范管理工作会议上交流,刊登时本刊作了些删改。
This essay elaborates the experiences and experiences of the Electrification Engineering Bureau in carrying out the publicity of standards and the small scientific research work. It was exchanged in the work conference of standard construction management of the whole road construction in December 1990, and some editorial changes were made in this publication.
