本文研究了煤焦沥青(CTP)在体内及体外条件下对膜脂质过氧化(LPO)的影响。在体内试验中,48只Wistar大鼠分为二组。实验组气管注入10mgCTP粉,对照组气管注入10mg碳粉。一周后开始剖杀检查,8周内分别观察大鼠肺、肝、肾的胞液、线粒体、溶酶体及微粒体的LPO改变以及SOD、CAT和GSH-PX活性。结果未发现两组有明显差别。在体外试验中,CTP、CCl4、BaP及DMBA在相同条件下分别与微粒体—NADPH体系反应。结果CTP呈现强烈的抑制LPO作用,CTP在体内试验中所以不能显示对LPO的抑制,可能是由于CTP在体液中的溶解度太低,达不到抑制LPO所必需的浓度。至于CTP对LPO的增强作用则无论在体内或体外试验中都得不到证实。
This article studies the effect of coal tar pitch (CTP) on lipid peroxidation (LPO) in vivo and in vitro. In vivo experiments, 48 Wistar rats were divided into two groups. Experimental group tracheal injection of 10mgCTP powder, control group tracheal injection of 10mg toner. One week later, the autopsy was started. The changes of LPO, SOD, CAT and GSH-PX activities in the lung, liver and kidney were observed in eight weeks. The results did not find significant differences between the two groups. In in vitro experiments, CTP, CCl4, BaP and DMBA reacted with microsomal-NADPH system under the same conditions. Results CTP showed a strong inhibitory effect on LPO. CTP could not show inhibition of LPO in in vivo experiments. It may be due to the low solubility of CTP in the body fluid, which can not reach the concentration necessary for inhibiting LPO. The enhancement of CTP on LPO has not been demonstrated either in vivo or in vitro.
