我国大部分的豆奶粉生产厂家的煮浆工艺均为间歇式控制,其基本要求为保证杀菌,提高产量,节约能源,以及减少冒罐次数.在煮浆控制上大多为人工手动控制,由于影响因素较多,例如工人的熟练程度不同,蒸汽压不同,液位不同等等,使手动煮浆较为困难,同时还易造成浪费.为此我们试用模糊控制技术对煮浆工艺进行自动控制,取得了较好的效果.
