对厂焊接头精磨(仿形)工位加工后接头表面温升与接头的平直度变化的关系进行初步研究,通过在精磨(仿形)工位和成品轨场对焊接接头平直度进行测量,采集大量数据进行整理分析,发现钢轨焊接接头平直度变化与接头表面温度变化之间存在的规律。根据此规律实测接头精磨(仿形)后表面温度升确定接头平直度的预留合理值,从而提高验收工位(成品场)接头平直度的合格率。在当前精磨(仿形)设备条件下,此方法对的生产具有重要的指导作用。
