工会是企业和员工之间的桥梁,想要创建和谐劳动关系,工会的工作就担任了重要角色,工会要充分利用更加接近员工的优势,深入到员工中去,可通过在企业改革与发展中提高队伍素质,在调节劳动关系中维护好职工的利益,在企业文化建设中发挥教育、导向作用三方面进行实践探索,针对农垦企业劳动关系的特点,工会要注意树立员工的主人翁意识,将员工的工作积极性调动起来,实行厂务公开,完善平等的员工合同制度,强化员工的职业道德素质,并能够把企业对员工的关心落到实处。上述工会所作出的实践,定能有利于和谐劳动关系的创建,并对企业发展也起到良好的推动作用。
