随着我国装备制造业创新能力的不断提高,推动经济增长的主要动力逐渐由物质要素转向技术进步要素,技术进步对推动当前经济的快速发展起着举足轻重的作用,技术进步贡献率则是对其有效的衡量。通过引入索洛余值法建立我国装备制造业生产函数模型,对1999~2009年我国装备制造业的科技进步贡献率进行测度和分析,结果表明,科技进步因素在装备制造业经济增长中日益重要,我国装备制造业单纯依赖于资本并不能取得长足发展,装备制造业应该通过提高创新能力尤其是原始创新能力以保持持续发展。
As China’s equipment manufacturing industry continues to improve its innovative capabilities, the main driving force for economic growth has gradually shifted from material elements to technological progress elements, technological progress plays a decisive role in promoting the rapid development of the current economy, the contribution rate of technological progress is its Effective measurement. Through the introduction of Solow residual value method to establish China’s equipment manufacturing industry production function model, the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from 1999 to 2009 measured and analyzed, the results show that scientific and technological progress factors in the equipment manufacturing industry is increasingly important economic growth , China’s equipment manufacturing industry can not rely on capital alone to make great strides and the equipment manufacturing industry should maintain its sustainable development by improving its innovative capabilities, especially the original innovation capability.
