为了充分发挥长春柔性实验线BQ-FMS的潜能,实现其夹具准备的短周期、低成本、高精度,在科工委,航科院、兵科院支持下,针对BQ-FMS加工环境研制的第二批成组夹具零部件,已经按制造合同验收并于95年1月底发运长春五五所投人试用。该批共有十种基础、定位、夹紧部件及其可调换零件。包括弯板、花盘、对中虎钳、可四面安装工件的方碑基础部件,以及通用辅助支承、可移转定位支承、多用定位块、自调节压板等部件。第一批四个部件包括:槽、孔系相结合的方形,长方形基础板部件;带有内外安装定位面的莫锥接盘;带三爪卡盘、可更换分度盘的卧式精密分度装置。已于94年11月上线试用,效果良好。 两批成组夹具零部件,是以盘、轴、板块、凸轮类工件为对象研制的,按照各类工件的具体工序图,经过相应的组装、调整,加上针对工件定位基准需要制造的个别专用件,可以完成各类典型工件的线内加工。
