基于正交试验对45钢轴件在不同工艺参数下进行无磨料超声抛光试验研究,分析各工艺参数对轴件表面粗糙度和硬度的影响规律。试验结果表明,在无磨料超声抛光中,抛光头半径、预压力、进给量和转速对表面粗糙度和硬度的影响规律不同,但在给定的试验条件下均存在最优值。相对于常规无磨料抛光,无磨料超声抛光能显著降低零件的表面粗糙度,提高表面硬度。
Based on the orthogonal experiment, the 45 steel shaft was polished without abrasive under different process parameters, and the influence of various process parameters on the surface roughness and hardness of the shaft was analyzed. The experimental results show that the influence of radius, pre-pressure, feed rate and speed on the surface roughness and hardness are different in the non-abrasive ultrasonic polishing, but the optimal values exist under the given experimental conditions. Compared with the conventional non-abrasive polishing, non-abrasive ultrasonic polishing can significantly reduce the part surface roughness and improve the surface hardness.
