该文对近年来苏合香的化学成分研究及抗脑损伤作用的实验研究进行总结,将苏合香经水蒸气提取、超临界CO2提取、溶剂(石油醚、乙醚)提取及顶空固相微萃取等不同提取方法经气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析鉴定所得高含量成分进行列举,并比较共性成分;对苏合香及其复方抗脑损伤作用的实验研究进行概述,主要包括抗脑缺血损伤、抗惊厥、抗AD记忆力缺陷及病理损伤几方面,并针对研究现状对未来研究的方向提出了几点意见。
