当今时代,全球化提供了异质文化相遇的平台,现代化提供了异质文化交流的路径,引发了文化的多样化展示、流变性呈现和断裂性改变,使价值多元、理性差异成为文化图景中活生生的现实,文化认同问题日益凸显。军事文化认同作为军人文化生存的前提,同样受到全球化、市场化和信息化等多种因素的影响。要发挥军事文化对军人的涵养教化作用,打造具有我军特色的强军文化,首先要增强官兵对我军军事文化的认同,在凝聚价值共识、增强物质基础和开展认同教育的过程中,构筑起当代中国军人的精神家园。
