我院師資量少質差,本學期有三十多門課無法開設,二十多門課請外校教員兼任,所以師資問題。在我院形成了極嚴重的問題。本院為了解決這個問題,遵照中央一九五三年教育建設方針及西北文委會議、西北區高等學校教學工作總結會議的精神,並根據本院的實際情況,確定本學期培養助教工作目標為爭取在下學期能有十位助教開課(其中二人送外校學習),各系遵照院部培養助教的總目標分別制訂了本系培養計畫,並建立了具體工作制度。我院培養助教,採用了這樣的方式:(一)有教研組的系由教研組負責培養,並指定專人指導;(二)沒有教研組的系則指定專人負責培養。培養的要求是,使助教掌握基本理論,能用理論解釋所要講解的教材。只要教材熟練,
