为了分析液力变矩器在装载机作业过程中的动态特性,首先进行了液力变矩器台架试验,得到其静态原始特性;然后对某ZL50装载机的V型铲装作业和运输作业进行了测试.在对试验数据处理的基础上,分析了两种工况下发动机转矩的分配情况.根据牛顿定律,建立了液力变矩器的数学模型,并以此研究了液力变矩器在两种工况下的动态特性.通过对比液力变矩器变矩比的动态试验值与静态值,发现:装载机运输工况下液力变矩器可以按静态原始特性进行匹配等计算,但铲装作业工况下变矩器角加速度波动范围过大,必须考虑动态特性的影响.
