安装永久性起搏器患者心肌的形态学变化

为了阐明应用不同方式心脏起搏器电极植入处心肌的形态学变化,对74例(其中心内膜式37例心外膜式40例,两式皆用者3例)安装了永久性起搏器的死者之心脏电极植入部位进行了大体和光镜的观察、比较。结果显示两种植入方式均引起局部组织反应,主要病变为重型慢性炎症、疤痕组织形成和心肌反应。在心外膜式,电极植入处的病变因植入电极存留的时间不同而异,最初是在电极周围出现稠密的纤维素堆积,偶见成纤维细胞,心肌纤维被拉展和扭曲,出现较广泛的凝固性 In order to elucidate the morphological changes of myocardial implants using different methods of pacemaker implants, 74 patients (including 37 patients with epicardial endocardial type, 40 patients with epicardial type and 3 patients with both type) were permanently installed The cardiac electrode implantation site of the dead person of the pacemaker was observed and compared with the light microscope.
