近年来,为了推动函件专业的转型发展,集团公司针对直邮业务,创新推出了信息调查服务、线上线下互动、混合寄递服务、按效果付费这四种服务模式。2013年,由广西壮族自治区邮政公司直邮服务团队开发的太平人寿保险有限公司广西分公司(以下简称太平人寿广西分公司)多渠道赠险项目,集信息调查服务、线上线下互动以及按效果付费等服务模式的优势于一身,为邮政服务保险行业提供了借鉴。
