目的 :观察氨溴索对哮喘豚鼠肺表面活性物质系统 (pulm onary surfactant system,PSS)超微结构的影响。 方法 :16只豚鼠分 4组 ,即正常组、致敏组、哮喘组、哮喘 +氨溴索组 ,采用电子显微镜组织化学法观察各组 PSS超微结构的变化。 结果 :电镜下超微结构显示 :(1)哮喘组 PSS层丧失正常的连续结构 ,出现断裂、脱落入肺泡腔或聚集成块现象 ,肺泡 型上皮细胞内板层体空泡化。 (2 )哮喘 +氨溴索组 PSS层基本连续 ,肺泡 型上皮细胞内板层体少量空泡化。 (3)致敏组 PSS超微结构与哮喘 +氨溴索组相似。 结论 :PSS超微结构于哮喘后出现明显异常。应用氨溴索可减轻哮喘后 PSS超微结构的异常变化。
Objective: To observe the effect of ambroxol on the ultrastructure of pulmonary surfactant system (PSS) in asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods: Twenty-six guinea pigs were divided into 4 groups: normal group, sensitized group, asthmatic group and asthma + ambroxol group. The changes of PSS ultrastructure in each group were observed by electron microscopy. Results: The ultrastructure of the alveolar epithelial cells in the asthmatic group showed that: (1) PSS layer of normal asthmatic group lost normal continuous structure, broken down, shedding into the alveolar cavity or aggregating into blocks; (2) The PSS layer of asthma + ambroxol group was basically continuous, a small amount of lamella of alveolar epithelial cells vacuolization. (3) The ultrastructure of PSS in sensitized group was similar to asthma + ambroxol group. Conclusion: The ultrastructure of PSS is obviously abnormal after asthma. Application of ambroxol can alleviate the abnormal changes of ultrastructure of PSS after asthma.
