传统TIG焊焊接熔深浅、效率低,焊接速度提高时会出现咬边和驼峰等焊接缺陷。传统活性焊(A-TIG)相对于传统TIG焊可以显著增加熔深,但由于电弧压力作用,在高于一定焊接速度时仍会出现咬边和驼峰等焊缝缺陷。以SUS304不锈钢为母材,提出新型的耦合电弧AA-TIG(arc assited activatingTIG welding)焊接方法用于高速焊。该方法通过引入活性氧元素和耦合电弧,实现了在较高焊接速度下有良好的表面成形和焊缝熔深。与传统TIG焊和活性焊相比,在焊接速度达到800 mm/min时,耦合电弧AA-TIG焊焊缝表面没有驼峰和明显咬边,同时焊缝熔深也进一步增加。
Traditional TIG welding welding shallow penetration, low efficiency, the welding speed will increase when the undercut and hump welding defects. Compared with traditional TIG welding, A-TIG can significantly increase penetration depth, but due to arc pressure, weld defects such as undercut and hump may still appear above a certain welding speed. Based on SUS304 stainless steel, a new arc-impited activatingTIG welding (coupled arc AA-TIG welding) method was proposed for high speed welding. The method achieves good surface forming and weld penetration at higher welding speeds by introducing reactive oxygen species and coupling arcs. Compared with the conventional TIG welding and active welding, the welding arc AA-TIG weld surface has no hump and obvious undercut when the welding speed reaches 800 mm / min, and the welding penetration depth further increases.
